Xceedance acquires Activer Solutions

Xceedance, a global provider of insurance consulting, managed services, technology, data sciences, and blockchain solutions, has acquired Activer Solutions, a specialist in the insurance operations and technology services for the front, middle, and back office operations of property/casualty insurers.

Located in Marlborough, Massachusetts, US, Activer Solutions will be absorbed into the US operations of Xceedance. The North America headquarters of Xceedance is in Boston, US.
