Geopolitical tensions and climate change are the two biggest challenges facing marine insurers globally. While there is a much longer list of challenges, much of that list stems from these two, Anneke Kooiman, member of the nominating committee, IUMI, and chair of the marine platform of the Dutch Association of Insurers, told IUMI Today.
