Japan Kumamoto earthquake insured losses could reach $2.1bn: Verisk

Insured losses from the magnitude 6.8 earthquake that struck near Kumamoto City on Japan’s Kyushu Island on July 28 range between ¥220 billion ($1.4 billion) and ¥340 billion ($2.1 billion).
