KCC estimates Hurricane Helene’s insured losses at a staggering $6.4bn

Privately insured losses from Hurricane Helene are projected to reach close to $6.4 billion, driven by wind, storm surge, and inland flooding across nine states, according to Karen Clark & Company’s (KCC’s) US hurricane reference model.
