Latest Atlantic forecast downplays tropical storm risk in 2025

The tropical Atlantic will issue a very standard set of tropical storms in 2025, with chiefly neutral readings from key drivers delivering a very average season, less threatening than a starker rival outlook given just last week, UK government-backed researcher Tropical Storm Risk (TSR) has said.
