Liberty creates UK & MENA underwriting role for delegated authority

Liberty Specialty Markets, part of Liberty Mutual Insurance Group, has appointed a senior underwriting executive to lead its delegated authority practice in the UK and MENA region as it continues to roll out its integrated business unit model.
