Liberty Specialty lifts construction guru in London Market
Liberty Specialty Markets lifted a global civil construction top underwriter to become its head of construction in the London Market.
Patrick Bravery takes the post, having held office since 2019 as global head of civil construction. He joined Liberty Specialty Markets in 2015 after a ten-year start in the construction insurance sector, including as a class underwriter at a Lloyd’s syndicate and as a senior underwriter at Swiss Re Corporate Solutions.
Since joining Liberty, Bravery has partnered with tech start-ups, working groups and the wider civil engineering sector to better understand and find solutions for the changing nature of risk, Liberty said of his tenure to date.
