Lloyd’s hit by major claims in H1; warns on path through softening market
The Lloyd's market suffered an 8.8 point increase in its combined ratio and a halving of underwriting profits in the first half following California wildfires, Ukraine settlements and a softening of prices on the market, the corporation said of aggregate syndicate results.
