Lloyd’s loses appeal over $3.6m Ukraine marine claim

Lloyd’s of London must still pay out $3.6 million to Luxembourg-based Oceanus Capital, despite arguing that the financier was at fault for allowing a vessel it had mortgaged to sail into Ukrainian waters on the basis of a forged cover note.
