London Market Group adds broking veteran from Howden to strengthen board
The London Market Group (LMG) has appointed a top Howden leader as a representative of London & International Insurance Brokers Association (LIIBA).
An experienced veteran across the broking sector, Sarah Hughes, CEO of Howden Specialty, has joined the LMG board.
Hughes was appointed CEO of Howden Specialty in October 2023, after joining as global practice leader, financial lines, in February 2020.
Sean McGovern, chair of the London Market Group, said: “Sarah brings a wealth of industry experience gained at several of the largest businesses in the broker marketplace. Her expertise will add great strength to the board of the London Market Group as it continues to advocate for the insurance market in a busy election year.”
