Marsh expands poaching suits: calls out ‘turncoats’ in Howden litigation

Marsh has expanded its courtroom attack against Howden and poached employees now working for the upstart rival, putting seven more former employees on the defence stand and claiming it now has what it takes to take the fight directly to Howden on charges of theft and unlawful competition.
