Marsh sues Alliant in 5th major poaching case against the rival in 2025

Global insurance broker Marsh has filed suit against rival Alliant for poaching yet again, its fifth such case in a year, claiming Alliant lifted its yacht insurance brokerage business in a heist strictly following what it calls the established “Alliant playbook.”
