Marsh suffers breakage in McGriff buy, drags runaway producer to court

Global insurance brokerage Marsh is pursuing a breakaway producer from its late 2024 acquisition of McGriff, accusing the 26-year McGriff veteran of a phony resignation and of taking more than 21 clients to the rival that poached him, with many more clients still at risk.
