Medical inflation is back and this time it’s going to hurt

Workers’ compensation could break out of its multi-year flat line on signals that medical inflation is back and courtroom verdicts remain scary, sufficient to give a kick to severity and perhaps frequency in claims trends, re/insurance brokerage group AJ Gallagher has claimed.
