MGU Fidelis secures $2bn refinancing deal to fund growing GWP

Bermuda-based managing general underwriter (MGU) The Fidelis Partnership (TFP) has completed a $2 billion refinancing deal with Blackstone, something it described as a ‘landmark transaction’ in the context of its growth since its launch in 2023.
