Monte Carlo pricing talks stuck on sentiment as brokers and carriers avoid dropping anchor

Pricing discussions at the Rendez-Vous de Septembre are being driven more by sentiment than hard numbers, as brokers and carriers hold differing expectations over how far rates will fall and both sides remain wary of setting an early anchor for negotiations, according to PwC.
