MS Amlin pairs with Starwind group MGA for oil & gas sector facility
Global re/insurer and Lloyd's player MS Amlin signed the Starwind Specialty Insurance group's US wholesale broker and Lloyd's MGA JH Blades to a master underwriting agreement for its oil and gas liability book.
JH Blades, from its headquarters in Houston, will source and underwrite a new general liability and an up to $10 million excess liability book, using JH Blades’ bespoke wording written specifically for such risks.
The new facility will be directed at clients in the specialist oil and gas industry with pre-existing and fully operational extraction facilities, both onshore and offshore, both in the US and abroad.
