New US/Bermuda life re platform backed with $900m

Sun Life Financial and Wilton Re have entered into a definitive agreement to combine their expertise and establish a strategic reinsurance and asset management partnership, with the launch of a US- and Bermuda-domiciled reinsurer in 2027.
