Alliant acquires Pend Oreille Insurance
California-based Alliant has acquired Idaho’s Pend Oreille Insurance as part of its expansion strategy in the greater Northwest in both property and casualty and employee benefits.
Pend Oreille provides a broad array of regionally focused insurance solutions in Idaho, Montana, California, Arizona, Colorado, and Washington State. Its product offerings include commercial insurance, personal insurance, and health and life insurance services.
The deal will see Pend Oreille's entire team, including co-owners Stefanie Nostdahl and Jodie Corless, join Alliant and continue serving clients nationwide from its Ponderay, ID offices.
