Allianz reshuffles c-suite at unit Allianz Trade on CEO departure

Allianz’s trade credit unit Allianz Trade reshuffled its c-suite to manage the pending departure of to-date CEO Clarisse Kopff, who leaves the group end-November.

Aylin Somersan Coqui (Picture) steps into the top spot from her current post as chief risk officer, the to date pinnacle of her twenty years in the Alllianz group. She moved to Allianz in 2002 on the investment side at Allianz Global Investors and PIMCO before top posts in Allianz Turkey, and top HR posts at Allianz SE and Allianz Deutschland.

Allianz SE board member Chris Townsend commented: “We wish Aylin all the best in her new role, and are convinced that given her extensive background in both asset management and insurance as well as her technical expertise in risk, she is in an excellent position to oversee the continued momentum of Allianz Trade.”
