Argenta Syndicate strengthens accident & health team

Argenta Syndicate Management, a subsidiary of Argenta Holdings, has appointed Matthew Howlett as accident & health underwriter at Argenta Syndicate 2121. Reporting to active underwriter Ian Maguire, he takes up his new role on December 11 2013.
