Ascot hires Channel Syndicate exec as personal accident underwriter

Ascot Underwriting has appointed Neil Whitbread as underwriter for personal accident.

Whitbread has 22 years of underwriting experience and joins Ascot from The Channel Syndicate, where he was head of the accident and health team.

Andrew Brooks, chief executive officer (CEO) of Ascot Underwriting, said, “I am delighted that Neil has joined Ascot to lead this new class of business for us. Through his significant experience and skillset Ascot will be able to expand its offering to clients with underwriting expertise in this complex class.”
