Atlas Financial gets another delinquency notice from Nasdaq

Commercial auto insurer Atlas Financial Holdings has received another delinquency notice from the Nasdaq Stock Market because of its non-compliance with listing rules over failure to file its quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31, 2020.

It follows the previous notice received earlier in June as a result of the company’s failure to file its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2019.

The company is currently in violation of additional Nasdaq Listing Rules due to its failure to hold an annual general meeting of shareholders during 2019 and the failure to regain compliance with the minimum bid price requirement.

Atlas said that it will "work diligently to complete and file the Form 10-K and the Form 10-Q as soon as practicable". However, noted that there can be no assurance that it will be able to file the Form 10-K by the July 15, 2020 extension previously granted by the Nasdaq Hearings Panel or that the Panel will grant any further extensions.
