Aventum MGA Rokstone hires former AXA XL exec to boost construction
Rokstone Construction Risk Underwriters, the Aventum Group’s MGA, has hired a vice president from ABD Insurance and Financial Services to lead its Western Region growth strategy.
Dan McCarthy (pictured) has 10 years’ experience in providing casualty and specialty lines coverage to the construction industry. He joins Rokstone from ABD Insurance and Financial Services, where he was assistant vice president responsible for managing the P&C construction team. He was previously a senior underwriter with AXA XL's construction group where he led the Western region's growth strategy. Prior to that he was at Zurich North America, underwriting excess casualty for construction and middle market business.
