Bluefin expands agriculture offering with property and motor cover

Bluefin Underwriting, the managing general agent segment of Bluefin Insurance, has released two additional agriculture products to its offering.

The first product, Farm Combined, provides cover for farm property, as well as home, liability, livestock, environment impairment and revenue.

The second product, Farm Motor, covers all farm vehicles under one policy, and includes automatic benefits such as uninsured loss recovery and trailers/implements cover, both up to £100,000.

“We appointed Kyle Lomas, formerly of NIG Farmweb, to head up a specialist Farm Underwriting team towards the end of last year and with new recruits Phil Williams and Becki Gee joining earlier this year, we are now in a position to launch this strong product offering to our brokers.

Our strategy is to grow the Bluefin Underwriting business within carefully selected specialisms that we have expert knowledge of. With that in mind, we expect to launch more products, both new classes and aligned with existing specialisms, as we evolve and grow.”
