CAC Specialty hires JLT talent to lead portfolio solutions group
Specialty insurance brokerage and investment banking business CAC Specialty, a part of US risk management and insurance brokerage Cobbs Allen, has appointed André Eichenholtz as the leader of its portfolio solutions group.
Eichenholtz has over 30 years of brokerage experience and has built two successful private equity M&A practices prior to joining the company. He was formerly the head of M&A diligence and placement at JLT Specialty. Prior to that, he helped start a boutique insurance brokerage which specialised in private equity M&A transactions.
Under Eichenholtz’s leadership, the portfolio solutions team will work to provide diligence and portfolio efficiencies for the sponsor clients. The team will work closely with CAC’s financial sponsor practice, including the private capital finance & structured risk solutions teams.
