Insurtech firm Policy Expert wins digital technology and ecommerce awards

Insurtech firm Policy Expert has scooped two industry prizes: one for digital technology, and the other for ecommerce.

The firm was a ‘National Winner’ in the 2019 European Business Awards. It was also “Best Financial Services eCommerce” at the eCommerce Awards 2019.

The Digital Technology Award is aimed at companies with turnover of between €26 million and €150 million.

Policy Expert said the ecommerce award recognises the business’ strong development of its online proposition and technological innovations to improve customer engagement, retention and experience.

Adam Powell, co-founder and chief operating officer of Policy Expert, said:

“We’re honoured to be recognised by the judging panels as the leading example of UK digital technology innovation among our peers and an industry frontrunner in financial services e-commerce.

“These verdicts are a great reward for the hard work of the Policy Expert team to build a people-focused, tech-enabled business with a disruptive mindset, and a best-in-class insurance proposition that has customers at its heart.”
