Charles Taylor Adjusting opens Montreal office

Charles Taylor Adjusting (CTA) has opened a satellite office in Montreal to meet the growing demand for bilingual loss adjusting services on large and complex losses in Quebec.

The Montreal office will operate as a satellite to CTA’s Toronto office and expands the group’s coverage to six offices across Canada.

Pierre-Luc Thiffeault has been appointed as the designated loss adjuster for the office.  He joined Charles Taylor in Toronto in 2013 and has over nine years of loss adjusting experience on large and complex property and casualty losses in both Ontario and Quebec.

Michael Guy, vice president and branch manager of Toronto, senior loss adjuster, CTA, said: “There is a growing demand in Quebec for loss adjusters with the ability to handle large and complex losses.

“Our new satellite office in Montreal will enable us to have an adjusting presence on the ground as required, backed up by the support of our Toronto office. We believe this puts us in a good position to offer a high quality loss adjusting service to insurers in Ontario, Quebec and international markets underwriting local and international risks.

“Pierre-Luc is the ideal candidate to be our designated loss adjuster in Montreal. He is an experienced bilingual loss adjuster who has the advantage of understanding the Ontario and Quebec insurance markets very well.”
