Cincinnati expands its reinsurance operations with three appointments

Cincinnati Re, a division of The Cincinnati Insurance Company, grows its team in its second year of expansion.

Philip Sandercox was appointed head of specialty and casualty reinsurance and will oversee the strategic direction, underwriting and marketing of the company’s specialty/casualty reinsurance assumed portfolio.

Sandercox has worked in the reinsurance industry for 28 years and recently held the position of senior vice president and head of specialty/casualty reinsurance at Aspen Re America.

Erin Skala was appointed head of property reinsurance and will lead all property treaty underwriting for US and global clients.
