Criterion invests in growth with new senior appointment

Criterion, a high net worth (HNW) claims specialist, has appointed Helena Evans as head of specialty services.

In this newly created role, she will be responsible for growing Criterion’s HNW business including fine art and specie. She will also play an integral part in developing HNW new services for clients.

Evans has a strong background in loss adjusting stretching over 20 years. During this time she has had significant experience of managing HNW, real estate and major loss claims. She also sits on the Women in CILA Group, championing the role of females in the loss adjusting profession. She will report to Mark Pierce, operations director at Criterion.

Mark Pierce said: “Helena brings a wealth of experience to the Criterion team and will play a key role in developing our capability into new lines of business. She is also one of the most respected female adjusters around who has consistently delivered for her insurer and broker clients”.

Helena Evans: “Criterion has a fantastic reputation in the market for being the go-to loss adjuster for HNW claims. So I’m proud to be joining a team, which is purely focused on delivering the best possible HNW claims capability to its clients. It’s a great fit for me and I look forward to growing the business.”
