DUAL appoints senior underwriter
DUAL, the underwriting arm of Hyperion Insurance Group, has appointed Damian Crowe, who joins the financial institutions division in London as a senior underwriter.
Crowe will have responsibility for developing FI D&O business, and will manage the company’s portfolio of investment managers and related risks.
Before joining DUAL, Crowe spent five years at Chartis UK as a senior underwriter in the financial lines division, specialising in FI and D&O underwriting. Prior to that, he worked as a broker at FirstCity Partnership.
“Damian brings valuable experience and technical expertise to the team, and joins us at an important time as we continue to strengthen our FI team to further enhance our focus on quality service and profitability,” said Shane Doyle, CEO of DUAL.
