Everest Insurance adds property, commercial auto, workers’ comp to life sciences offering

Everest Insurance has expanded the scope of its life sciences product offering to include property, commercial auto, and workers’ compensation life sciences products.

These products now complement the unit’s primary product liability offering, as well as a suite of available coverage extensions.

The company said it is trying to address unique exposures – from biocontamination to business interruption – found in the life sciences sector.

Andy Faber, head of life sciences at Everest Insurance, said: “We are thrilled to bring this life sciences package offering to the marketplace. It allows us to offer our customers a full suite of life sciences products, and, most importantly, the ability to customize them as they see fit for the unique needs of their organization.”
