Gallagher eyes small business globally, brings back own guru to new post

Global re/insurance broker  Gallagher is eyeing the small business segment and hunted down a prior small business guru from its own ranks to fill a newly crafted position.

Jen Tadin (pictured) had been outside of Gallagher for nearly t wo years before heading back to the newly crafted role of managing director of global small business practice where she will oversee the strategy, results and coordination of key partnership and acquisition initiatives to drive growth across Gallagher’s small business units.

Tadin first joined Gallagher in 2014 as the Director of Sales, Small Business and was later promoted to President of Small Business for Gallagher’s U.S. retail property and casualty brokerage division. She later spent a brief sojourn with the insurtech Bold Penguin.
