Global energy firms face a seismic change in the risks they face, according to a report by broker Marsh.
The report, The Energy Industry: An Evolving Risk Landscape, published by the broker for its National Oil Companies Conference in Dubai, identifies a number of risks facing energy firms.
These include cross-border expansion and resultant regulation, ageing infrastructures and increasingly complex supply chains. However in the report, Marsh argues that by adopting a more holistic approach to risk management firms can reduce the impact of risk.
