Global Risk Partners acquires UK insurance broker

Global Risk Partners (GRP), through its subsidiary The County Group, has acquired 100 percent of share capital of CJN Insurance Services (CJN).

The acquisition has received regulatory approval.

CJN, based in Tenbury Wells, Worcestershire, has been writing personal and commercial lines insurance for over 60 years. It is led by directors Peter and Stephen Short, who will move across to County following completion of the transaction.

We have been in discussion with the vendors for some time and through this period we have watched the business continue to succeed in what have been challenging times.
