Reinsurance broker Guy Carpenter & Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of Marsh & McLennan, has strengthened its regional team in Europe with the appointment of Hans van Oort as managing director of Benelux, which includes Belgium, the Netherlands, and Luxembourg.
