HDI Global boosts UK motor fleet team with Aon hire

HDI Global SE, the industrial insurer of the HDI Group, has strengthened its UK motor fleet team with two new senior appointments.

Philip Healy has joined HDI as senior motor fleet underwriter and team leader following time at Aon, where he was a placing broker in the UK & Ireland facultative motor reinsurance team and has almost 30 years of motor fleet insurance experience.

Additionally, Dron Kyle moves to HDI from Geotab GmbH and has assumed the role of motor risk engineer. In his role at Geotab, Kyle worked within the Solutions Engineering Consultancy team to help embed telematics data and driver behaviour st

The new appointments follow the promotion of Michael Reynolds to assistant motor fleet underwriter in May.

Michael Gwilt, motor fleet risk manager, is leaving HDI later this year after eight years in the position.
