Brokerage firm Hylant has made significant leadership changes with the appointment of Chris Godley as president of its Columbus office, Craig Markos as president of property and casualty, and Richard Hylant as president of field operations and innovation.
Godley has worked at Hylant for 17 years, having been responsible for improving clients’ insurance and risk management programmes. In his new role he will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations.
Markos has over 20 years of experience, having served as president of Hylant’s Columbus office since 2000.
In his new role, Markos will be responsible for facilitating growth in property and casualty offerings in risk management, middle market, select commercial and personal lines throughout the organisation.
As president of field operations and innovation, Hylant will focus on the use of technology to drive efficiency, revenue and shareholder value. He has 28 years of experience in the insurance industry.
