JLT Re appoints senior vice president

Reinsurance broker JLT Re has appointed Desmond Bohan as senior vice president to focus on the expansion the company’s programme practice in North America.

Bohan most recently worked at Frates, where he was senior vice president and focused on the programmes sector for over 13 years.

“We are excited to welcome Desmond to the team. His expertise and strong reputation in the market make him a great fit for JLT Re,” said Ed Hochberg, CEO JLT Re (North America).
