Liberty boosts excess casualty team
Liberty International Underwriters (LIU), part of Liberty Mutual Insurance Group, has strengthened its US excess casualty division with the addition of eight new underwriters.
In Atlanta, Beth Tingle has been appointed as underwriting specialist and in Chicago, Michael Bachman joins as assistant vice president.
Kurt Buttner joins as vice president in Dallas and is joined by Nancy Rynd, an underwriting specialist.
In Los Angeles, Noreen Cruz has been appointed as assistant vice president. She is joined by Anita Paulos-Barker, who has been appointed an underwriting specialist.
Michael Ishii joins as vice president in San Francisco, along with Alisha Ford who joins as an underwriting specialist.
“Our new staff brings added skill and expertise to the LIU Excess Casualty team, allowing brokers to submit a higher volume of business nationwide,” said Peter Clauson, senior vice president and manager of LIU’s excess casualty operation.
