Lloyd’s grants delegated claims administrator status to Loadsure

Loadsure, an insurtech managing general agent (MGA) and Lloyd's coverholder, has been granted delegated claims administrator (DCA) status by  Lloyd’s.

The DCA status allows Loadsure to bring claims handling fully in-house, which it says will further improve the claims processing time, enhance the accuracy of claims handling and improve customer satisfaction.

Loadsure CEO and founder Johnny McCord said: “This is a huge endorsement for us. DCA status is a high accolade – especially for a fast growth business like Loadsure. Lloyd’s granting us this is a major achievement for the company, further validating us as an Insurtech MGA to be reckoned with.
