Lockton Re hires Willis Re exec as managing director in US

Lockton Re, the reinsurance intermediary business of Lockton, has hired Charles LaLone as managing director in the US.

He joins Lockton Re from Willis Re, where he was an executive vice president and led the professional and financial lines business segment. Prior to joining Willis Re in 2004, he was the directors and officers (D&O) practice leader at Guy Carpenter.

In his new role, LaLone will have responsibilities for Lockton Re's advisory and treaty placement capabilities and leadership responsibilities for enhancing client relationships. He will be based in Lockton’s Philadelphia office.
