Lonmar poaches Howden exec for divisional director role

LONMAR GLOBAL RISKS, an independent Lloyd’s broker, has appointed James Underwood as a divisional director in its specialist professions team.

Underwood will report to Alan Newall, managing director of professions and will be focusing on relationship management with existing key clients and developing new international professional risks business, in this market leading team.

An experienced international professional and financial lines expert, James previously held a senior broking position at Howden for 10 years.
