Manchester Underwriting acquires UK MGA Pinpoint
Specialist managing general agent (MGA) Manchester Underwriting Management has acquired the portfolio renewal rights of Pinpoint Underwriting.
Pinpoint is a managing general agency specialising in writing UK professional indemnity. It is headed up by ex-Aviva executive Scott Ruff who has worked in the industry for over 35 years.
As part of the acquisition, Manchester Underwriting will retain Pinpoint’s Perth office in Scotland, adding to its existing London, Bristol and Leeds offices.
The underwriting team at Pinpoint will join Manchester Underwriting with immediate effect.
