Mapfre partners with AI insurtech Shift to transform claims process

Spanish re/insurer Mapfre has partnered with insurtech start-up Shift Technology to transform its claims process with the use of artificial intelligence-powered automation solution.

The partnership will see Mapfre leverage Shift’s end-to-end claims automation solution to enable an instant, friendly and transparent experience for clients.

Shift's AI-powered technology reads the insured’s policy and analyses documentation, images, and other forms of structured and unstructured data to make the right decision about the claim at every point in the process.
