Marketform appoints head of internal audit

Specialist Lloyd's underwriter Marketform has appointed Nousheen Hassan as its new head of internal audit.

She will report to Marketform chief executive officer, John O’Neill, and will be based at its London office.

Hassan began her audit career at Deloitte before moving to the insurance industry in 2008 where she worked for AIG as a senior auditor. She has held senior roles with Pembroke Managing Agency, part of Ironshore Group, as head of internal audit and Brit Insurance, where she became the interim head of internal audit.

O’Neill said: “The appointment of Nousheen Hassan is further evidence of the company continuing to build greater strength in all of its core teams including its functional areas. I am pleased that we have been able to secure someone with Nousheen’s broad experience within the insurance sector and I look forward to working with her in building an even more robust internal audit function.”
