Marketform hires first M&A underwriter

Lloyd’s underwriter Marketform has appointed Astrid O’Reilly as its first mergers and acquisitions (M&A) insurance underwriter.

She will be followed by the other six M&A underwriters shortly.

Before joining Marketform, O’Reilly spent two years in Singapore as an underwriter for M&A insurance in the Asian region and, prior to this role, she was with international law firm Bird & Bird for three years.
