McLarens unveils Dubai office

Loss adjuster McLarens has launched an office in Dubai in a bid to further support clients in the region.

The Dubai team will be led by Malcolm Addy, country manager of the United Arab Emirates, who will also oversee the existing operation in Abu Dhabi.

Addy will report to Mike Barnes, regional director of Middle East & Africa.

He joins from Charles Taylor and has over 34 years’ experience. He has spent the past 19 years based in the Middle East.

Chris Panes, chief operating officer of Europe, Middle East, Asia Pacific, said: “We’re pleased to have someone of Malcolm’s calibre and positive reputation to run our operation in the UAE and to handle high-profile technical claims. His appointment complements our existing Middle East team and will strengthen our service offering in the UAE.”
