Ryan Specialty reveals senior leadership appointments at MGU WKFC

WKFC Underwriting Managers,  Ryan Specialty’s managing general underwriter serving the wider wholesale marketplace, has made two senior leadership appointments including a new chief operating officer.

Ravi Singhvi has been named president of WKFC, and Joan Bauer as chief operating officer.

Singhvi joined WKFC in 2018 and was most recently the MGU’s chief operating officer. Prior to WKFC, he served as vice president of analytics at AJG/RPS from 2011-2018 and began his insurance career at NAPCO where he worked from 2001-2011.

Bauer has been with WKFC since 2010, initially training as an underwriter under Dawn D’Onofrio. Ryan Specialty said he has been instrumental in the implementation of new initiatives and programmes as well as facilitating improvements between underwriters, management and development teams. Prior to WKFC, Bauer was a property broker for a global specialty insurance distributor.
