Ryan Specialty taps insurance information tech veteran as CIO

Ryan Specialty Holdings has tapped an insurance information technology veteran to help drive its strategy and technology capabilities forward.

Bradley Bodell (pictured) has joined the firm as chief information officer (CIO).

In this role, Bodell will lead  Ryan Specialty’s technology and security teams and be responsible for developing the vision, strategy and technology capabilities needed to enable and support revenue growth, drive operational excellence and mitigate risks across the enterprise.

Bodell was most recently CIO of Trustmark Companies, and before that of CNO Financial Group. He  previously spent 13 years at insurer MetLife in various leadership roles.

Patrick Ryan, founder, chairman and CEO of  Ryan Specialty, said: “We are thrilled to add Brad to the  Ryan Specialty team.
